Defeating depression isn't easy. It can leave you feeling isolated, unwanted and alone. However, it doesn't have to be that way! It is claimed that 1 in 4 people suffer from mental illness, but I personally think it is more likely to be every 1 in 2. By making a few small changes every day, I've managed to bring my depression back under my control.
Before that awful period in internet history where everyone used 'txt type' to talk to one another, there was a brief time when, much like today, you were ridiculed for poor spelling and awful grammar. It taught me a lesson I'd never forget.
