Why do I have to confirm my email address?
Two reasons, 1) new GDPR regulations mean everyone has to double check people really do want to sign up for exclusive offers and deals and 2) I personally want to make sure I’m reaching the people who want to hear about my new releases, events and progress with new stories – as well as making sure my exclusive books are going to the right home.
What if I don’t receive my confirmation email?
If your email doesn’t arrive after 2 hours, please drop me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address you’d like adding and I can manually add you to the system.
I think I entered the wrong email address
That’s OK. Go back to the signup form (using the back button on your browser or by clicking ‘newsletter‘ in the menu) and re-enter it again. You may get more than one confirmation email as a result, but as long as you click the ‘confirm’ link in one of them, you can ignore any others.
I’ve already joined – how do I claim my freebies?
At the bottom of the newsletters, and in your welcome pack you will find a unique link that will take you to the bonus page. The code is unique to you and will only work if you are a newsletter subscriber. You will need to click that link to access your bonuses. Still having trouble?
